Guided by the spring breeze and accompanied by our footsteps, on April 25, 2025, the members of TouchDisplays embarked on a spring outing to Fengqi Mountain Kangdao in Chongzhou City. The theme of this event was “Seek the Path of Internal Classic, Cultivate the Healthy Atmosphere”.

Equipped and ready, we walked among the green mountains and clear waters, absorbing the fresh vitality of spring. This kept our bodies to align with the rising energies of nature, dispelling the cold and dampness accumulated during winter.

Gazing at the fresh greenery and hearing the chirping of birds, we soothed our liver qi and relieved stress. Just as the Canon of Internal Medicine says, “To inspire the will,” it awakens the vitality of our soul.

After walking a distance of 6 kilometers, which was over 20,000 steps, each step was a gentle inquiry into our physical and mental states. When the mountain breeze blew across our sweat-dampened clothes, we finally reached the summit. The fatigue dissipated and we shared the joy of reaching the top.

The laughter and joy of the spring outing still lingered in our ears, everyone sat around the dining table, sharing this spring feast that belonged to us.

From the early dawn to the slanting forest shadows, we measured nature with our footsteps and communicated ancient wisdom with modern times. TouchDisplays’ spring-outing hike themed “Seek the Path of Internal Classic, Cultivate the Healthy Atmosphere” came to a perfect conclusion!

As long as the vital energy is unceasing, nature will always be present. Looking forward to the next time when we can all embark on a journey of physical and mental return!
